Clams to "marinera" (Spanish recipe)

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 kg of clams
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
Parsley
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 glass of white wine
1 bay leaf
Olive oil
Salt
A little bit of paprika
ELABORATION
Wash the clams with plenty of water.
In a casserole, sauté the onion and garlic, chopped in olive oil until golden brown.
Add the paprika, the breadcrumbs and the clams.
Then we add the wine, laurel and salt.
We leave a slow fire until all the clams have been opened.
Finally, chopped parsley and a glass of water were added, and we let it boil for a few minutes.
